DAY 1: WELCOME TO INDIA
Arrive into New Delhi Airport today. You will be welcomed by a member of the Prime team and your private driver. You will be transferred directly to your hotel in the heart of Old Delhi.
This evening meet your fellow solo travellers and your tour leader. Tonight, enjoy an authentic Indian meal with your new companions. The cuisine, culture and colours of India await you!

DAY 2: THE FLAVOURS AND CHAOS OF OLD DELHI
Delhi is a city of contrasts and chaos. Modernised but historic, busy with pockets of calm, palaces and slums.
Never dull, your private Prime Guide will help you feel at ease amongst the bustle. Explore the Old Town and Jama Masjid on an exciting tour of the local sights and food.
Navigate the streets by foot and rickshaw before driving to see the contrasts of New Delhi and Humayun’s Tomb.

DAY 3: EXPERIENCE AN INDIAN TRAIN AND EXPLORE AGRA FORT
Leave Delhi this morning and travel south to the city of Agra by train. Don’t worry about the logistics, you will be assisted to the train and then met on arrival in Agra.
You are free to simply enjoy the journey. Agra is famous for its Mughal architecture and Agra Fort has a fascinating history. Explore the mighty Agra Fort with an expert local guide this afternoon.

DAY 4: THE TAJ MAHAL AT SUNRISE
You have an early start today, but it’s all worth it for the sight of the Taj Mahal at sunrise. It’s a wonderful time to take in this majestic monument of love. It’s before the day gets too hot and the rest of the crowds arrive.
Take your time here, you’ll have some guided time and some time to explore independently. Afterwards, drive south (5 hrs) to a less explored area of the Rajasthani countryside.

DAY 5: INDIAN VILLAGE LIFE
It’s been a busy and bustling adventure so far. Today relax into the pace of Rajasthani village life. The day is at your leisure.
A popular activity is to enjoy a 2-3 hour guided walk of the local villages. It’s a marvellous way to see real village life and talk to local people away from the cities. The sunset boat ride and local bird watching are also included in your stay here.
Other options include a cooking demonstration, massages, a camel cart ride, a local wilderness drive and simply relaxing.

DAY 6: COOKING EXPERIENCE IN THE PINK CITY OF JAIPUR
Say goodbye to the hilltop fort that you have called home for the past two nights. Then drive 5 hours north through the countryside to the city of Jaipur, the capital of Rajasthan.
The pink city gets its name from its terracotta architecture and it is no wonder this becomes many a travellers favourite Indian city. Check into your palatial hotel and have some time to relax and enjoy the facilities. Later, head out for a cooking experience and dinner with a local family.

DAY 7: MORNING YOGA, JAIPUR CITY AND MARKETS
Wake up in Jaipur with a few options for your morning. You may like to start your day with some yoga, do a little independent exploration or simply have a leisurely breakfast and relax by the pool.
As an optional upgrade you could opt for a sunrise hot-air balloon ride. Later in the day enjoy a tour of Jaipur old town and a chance to explore the local markets.

DAY 8: ICONIC AMBER FORT PALACE
This morning drive 11km north-east out of the city to the Mughal capital of Amber for a tour of majestic Amber Fort Palace.
Afterwards, drive north back to Delhi. This will take around 5 hours and your hotel is based near the airport.

DAY 9: END YOUR INCREDIBLE ADVENTURE IN DELHI
Breakfast is included this morning, then make your way to the airport. It’s only a 10 minute transfer to Delhi International Airport (DEL).
